Midori Rewards Club — Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and above with valid government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Postal ID, or PhilSys ID).
  • Only one membership per person is allowed. All information provided must be true and complete.
  • Applicants must undergo Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification as required by law.
  •  Midori Clark may refuse or revoke membership for false, misleading, or incomplete information or failure to provide valid identification.

2. Membership Approval and Card Issuance

  • Approved applicants will receive a Midori Rewards Club (MRC) Card with a unique account number generated by the casino system (onsite or via the app).
  • The MRC Card remains property of Midori Clark and must be surrendered upon request.
  • No membership or renewal fees apply.
  • Membership implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Earning and Redemption of Points

  • Members earn Rewards Points from eligible gaming activities (table games and slot machines) at Midori Clark Casino or Midori Online.
  • To record points, members must insert their card in slot machines or present it to the dealer during play.
  • Points may be redeemed only for goods, services, and privileges listed in the official MRC catalogue, including accredited food and beverage outlets and other products and services at Midori Hotel and Casino, as well as items or tickets from Aqua Planet and other accredited partners.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Midori Clark may amend, withdraw, or invalidate points credited in error or obtained fraudulently.

4. Midori Rewards Mobile App

  • Members may manage their accounts via the Midori Rewards App, available on Google Play and the App Store.
  • Members must ensure accurate information and protect their login credentials. Midori Clark is not liable for unauthorized use due to negligence.
  • App users may receive exclusive digital offers and updates.
  • In case of discrepancies between digital and physical records, Midori Clark’s verification is final.

5. Card Use and Member Responsibilities

  • Members must present their physical or digital MRC Card when redeeming points or availing benefits.
  • Membership, points, and privileges are non-transferable.
  • Midori Clark may cancel or suspend membership for fraud, abuse, or rule violations.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged cards must be reported immediately to the MRC Counter for possible replacement upon verification.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • By joining, members consent to the collection and processing of personal data under the Data Privacy Act (R.A. 10173) and Midori Clark’s Privacy Policy.
  • Information may be used for account management, marketing, analytics, and communications.
  • Midori Clark ensures data confidentiality and will only disclose information as required by law or regulation.

7. Program Changes and Termination

  • Midori Clark may amend, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes take effect upon official posting.
  • All accumulated points are forfeited upon program termination, account closure, or member disqualification.

8. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Membership signifies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and future amendments.

All interpretations and decisions by Midori Clark are final and binding.
